A man has been charged in connection with a shooting in Moss Side.
Gavin Donald, 35, Cedar Street, Accrington has been charged with attempted murder and robbery.
Shortly before 10.55pm on Friday 27 July, police were called by the ambulance service to reports that a man had been stabbed in a property on Brentwood Street in Moss Side.
A 48-year-old man was taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed but it was found he was in fact shot.
He remains in hospital in a stable condition.
