A man has been charged following a fatal collision in Bolton.
Navnit Tailor, 68, of Queensgate, Bolton has been charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention.
He has been bailed to appear at Bolton Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 5 May.
On Friday 9 October 2017, police were called to reports of a collision between an Audi A4 and a pedestrian on the westbound carriageway of Topp Way.
The pedestrian, 72-year-old Anthony Locke, was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries.
