Police investigating a shooting in Dewsbury have charged an 18 year old man, Hasnain Khan, with attempted murder, robbery and attempted robbery following an incident on Cemetery Road, Dewsbury, on the 1st of February.
He appeared before Bradford Magistrates this morning.
Three men aged 31, 30 and 19 who were previously arrested have been released on police bail. Police have also arrested a fifth man, aged 18 on suspicion of attempted murder, robbery and attempted robbery and remains in police custody.
The victim of the shooting was seriously injured and remains in hospital for treatment. Although his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
