A man has been arrested after a car was crashed into a house following a police chase.
A Ford Fiesta ploughed into a property on Whiteacre Road in Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside, just before 2.00pm on Wednesday 3 January.
Greater Manchester Police say the driver of the vehicle attempted to flee on foot but was caught by officers.
On searching the Fiesta officers discovered cash and drugs, along with a “bladed article”.
A 24-year-old man was detained on several charges including assault, criminal damage and possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
