Detectives have released CCTV images of a man they want to trace following a stabbing in Leeds.
The victim, a 23-year-old man, received a deep wound to his chest that required surgery after he was stabbed during a fight between two groups of males outside the Electric Press building, in Great George Street, at about 1.50am on Sunday, June 19.
Detective Constable Dan Pitt, of Leeds District CID, said: "We have been carrying out extensive enquiries into this incident but so far we have been unable to identify the suspect shown on the CCTV images. He is wearing a distinctive green short-sleeved top and white shoes and we hope someone will recognise him and give us his name.
"This incident could easily have had more serious consequences and we urgently need to identify this man and arrest him."
Anyone with information is asked to contact DC 2557 Pitt at Elland Road via 101 quoting crime reference number 13160261295 or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111
