A campaign to address gender inequality has bowled into Bradford.

The Bowling Out Gender Inequality cricket festival got underway at Bradford’s newly revamped Park Avenue.

It is the first time women’s cricket has been held at the ground in nearly four decades.

The 20 overs, 11-a-side contest, saw UK Armed Forces Ladies take on an all Asian ladies side.
