Four teenagers have been charged with murder after the death of a man in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Four boys, aged 12, 16, 16 and 17, who cannot be named for legal reasons have been charged with murder.
All four will be appearing at Oldham Magistrates Court on Monday 1 August 2016.
This is in relation to police being called to Warrington Street in Ashton town centre shortly before 10:50pm on Wednesday 27 July 2016 to reports of an assault.
Officers attended and discovered an injured man in his 40s who was taken to hospital where he sadly died in the early hours of Thursday 28 July 2016.
