An appeal has been launched after a large group of teenagers launched fireworks at a police van.
At around 8.05pm on Sunday 5 November, police were called to reports of a disturbance on Burlington Street in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Officers attended in a police van and were then surrounded by the group.
The group then began firing fireworks directly at the van, which smashed the window and left the officers with minor injuries.
