A man has been sentenced after a fight broke out at a Glasgow mosque.
Shazad Mohammed attacked a man who he believed owed him money at the Masjid Noor Mosque on Forth Street, Pollokshaws, on 26 May.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard how the victim was left with facial injuries after Mohammed pulled the man’s beard and dragged him to the floor immediately following prayers.
The 40-year-old was ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within six months.
