Police are appealing for witnesses following the death of an elderly pedestrian involved in a collision in Castleford earlier this week.
The 88-year-old male was involved in a collision with a dark blue Volvo S80 on Wellbeck Street at its junction with Powell Street at around 11.15am on Monday 4 December.
The pensioner was taken to Leeds General Infirmary where he passed away a day later.
