Police are trying to trace a man who was driving a silver Fiat Stilo in Harpurhey at 10.40pm on Wednesday the 28th December.
The driver fled from the scene of an accident after he was released from his car following a collision with a bus. The silver Fiat and a double decker bus collided on Fernclough Road, at about 10.40pm on Wednesday night.
Emergency services were called to the scene and helped release the man trapped inside the silver Fiat. The police are appealing for help to find him as they believe he may be seriously injured.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: “We were called shortly after 10.40pm last night to Fernclough Road, following reports of a collision involving a double decker bus and a silver Fiat Stilo, my primary concern is the wellbeing and safety of the driver”
