A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a crash in Leeds which left another driver suffering from a broken leg.
A white Vauxhall Corsa and a VW Caravelle were involved in collision on Selby Road at Garforth just before 7pm on Sunday night.
The 49-year-old man who was driving the VW was freed from the wreckage by fire-fighters and was taken to Leeds General Infirmary after suffering a broken leg.
Police arrested the 36-year-old man who was driving the Corsa on suspicion of drinking and driving. He has been reported for summons.
