Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Batley.
The incident happened at 11:40am yesterday (5 October) on Soothill Road, in Batley, at the junction with Grace Leather Lane.
A pedal cyclist was travelling down Soothill Lane and turned right into the junction of Grace Leather Lane when it collided with a bus.
The 22-year-old male rider, from Dewsbury, suffered serious injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Sergeant Carl Quinn of the Major Collision and Enquiry Team, said: "We are appealing for witnesses to the incident along with anyone who may have seen the cyclist prior to this incident to come forward with any information.
