Bradford Councillor Naveeda Ikram has reportedly appeared at Leeds Magistrates Court charged with misconduct in a public office.
Councillor Ikram who represents the area of Little Horton was arrested on 3 March earlier this year in connection with allegations of perverting the course of justice and misconduct in a public office.
Allegations of perverting the course of justice and financial irregularities have both been dropped.
The case has now been moved to Leeds Crown Court and has been scheduled to start on the 15 December.
