Police in Pakistan have reportedly revealed that a Bradford woman who died in a so-called honour killing was raped before her death.
The chief investigator also told reporters that Samia Shahid's father Chaudhry Muhammad Shahid and former husband Chaudhry Muhammad Shakeel carried out her murder.
It is also understood that Police want Ms Shahid’s mother and sister to return to Pakistan from the UK to be questioned about their role in the murder.
28 year old Samia Shahid died in July in Northern Punjab, a post mortem revealed she had been strangled. Her second husband claims Ms Shahid was murdered because her family disapproved of their marriage.
