Schools and community groups in Bradford are to benefit from grants that total to over £500,000.
The Garfield Weston Foundation, a family-founded charitable grant-making trust that supports causes across the UK, marks its £1 billionth donation since it began in 1958.
£562,500 has been allocated to Bradford district, for the improvement of facilities in organisations including schools, libraries and community centres.
