A Bradford man has been jailed for a brutal attack which left the victim with fractures to his face and skull.
Foyaz Miah was caught on CCTV kicking Stephen Imeson as he was on the floor after being felled by a punch.
Bradford Crown Court heard how 22-year-old Miah had earlier been arguing with door staff, in Centenary Square, last September.
The victim had been out with friends, including his brother – an off-duty police officer.
The officer attempted to calm the situation between Miah and the door staff before being attacked by the accused.
Tony’s brother, Stephen, was then punched to the ground where he was kicked in the face. He has since had a metal plate inserted in his cheekbone and has suffered reduced vision in his right eye.
Miah was jailed for 27 months for grievous bodily harm.
