A Bradford man who led officers on a high-speed pursuit has never passed a test to drive lawfully on the roads.
Kevin Holmes, 42, reached speeds of between 70 and 80mph after officers saw him driving without wearing a seatbelt on Manningham Lane on 16 April.
Bradford Crown Court heard how Holmes has been banned from driving nine times over the past 25 years.
He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and banned from driving for three years.
