A Bradford man who drove over the speed limit whilst attempting to evade police has been jailed.
Bradford Crown Court heard how Amardeep Singh, 30, drove a VW Golf at speeds of up to 50mph in the Green Lane area of Manningham on 6 June.
He admitted to dangerous driving and having a lock knife and a wrap of heroin in his possession.
Mr Singh was also driving without a licence and insurance.
He was sentenced to 13 months in prison and was disqualified from driving for two years.
