Police are appealing for information after a man was seriously injured in a stabbing incident in Fartown, Huddersfield.
At around 4.40pm on Sunday the 12th of March, police were called to Bradford Road to a report that a man had been stabbed.
The victim had approached three or four suspects who are alleged to have attempted to steal money from his son. The suspects then assaulted the man.
The 41-year-old was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery and remain in custody.
