Police have released an e-fit image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a robbery in Wyke.
The incident happened on Grasmere Road, at the junction with Whitehall Road East, on Wednesday the 25th of January, when a woman in her 20s was attacked in her vehicle.
The victim was sitting in her parked car at around 10.10am when a male approached the vehicle, opened the door and reached for a Sat Nav fixed to the windscreen.
She attempted to push the suspect out of the vehicle, but was struck to the face. The suspect then reached across the victim and lifted her wallet from the passenger seat before making off.
The suspect is described as white, 20-30 years old; slim to medium build, with a brown beard. He is described as wearing a black hooded top with the hood up and black tracksuit bottoms with a white stripe down the seam.
