Police in Bradford are appealing for information following a robbery in Barkerend which took place on the 20th of March.
The victim, a 27-year-old woman, was walking along Seaton Street between 12.45pm and 1pm, when she was approached by a man who pushed her to the ground and punched her.
The suspect then made off on foot with the victim's handbag. Two members of the public assisted the victim and chased after the suspect. They managed to retrieve the victim's handbag before returning to help her.
The suspect is described as tall and wearing a black top with the hood up.
Detective Inspector Craig McKay, of Bradford CID, said: "This was a frightening assault on the victim and we would appeal for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with information to please get in touch via 101."
