Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in Leeds.
The collision happened at around 7.43pm on the A650 Wakefield Road yesterday evening (21 March) and involved a red Seat Leon and white Ford Ranger.
The vehicles were travelling in the direction of Bradford when they were in collision, near to the junction with Field Head Lane. The Seat Leon was then in a further collision with a lamppost.
The driver of the Ford Ranger sustained serious injuries in the collision. The driver of the Seat Leon sustained minor injuries.
Anyone witnesses or anyone who has dash cam footage of the collision is asked to contact police. Officers would also like to hear from anyone who saw either car driving in the area prior to the collision.
