Police are appealing for witnesses in relation to an assault on Zetland Street, in Huddersfield.
The incident happened on 6th January 2017 at around 5:50pm.
The female victim and a male were involved in a verbal altercation and the male is then said to have assaulted the victim and she fell to the floor. She was left on the ground and the male fled the scene.
A number of people are believed to have witnessed the incident and stopped to help the victim.
Police are appealing for these witnesses to come forward to assist with their investigation.
A 47-year-old man was arrested and has been released on bail.
