Faryal Makhdoom, the wife of former light welterweight world champion Amir Khan has hit back at what she feels is the abuse and bullying she’s had to endure by her in-laws.
Makhdoom who has a 2 year old daughter with Khan took to Snapchat to view her concerns. In one of her posts she said. "Don't get your sons married if you're going to abuse and bully the wife. I've always been so quiet but seriously, this message is for everyone!"
Her comments although not directly aimed at her own in-laws caused quite a stir on social media, with many supporting her stance and applauding her for voicing the opinion of many women who have to suffer in silence.
