Detectives would like to speak to anyone who has information following an incident that took place on St Wilfred's Crescent, Bradford, at about 3pm on Saturday, January the 28th.
It took place after three men pulled up outside a house in a five door BMW.
One man got out and loitered outside the address before returning to the car.
Two other men then got out, entered the property and threatened the male occupant inside with a knife.
They fled a few moments later with a quantity of cash, leaving the victim shocked but uninjured.
One suspect was described as having a black beard, short dark hair shaved at the back and wearing a green hooded jacket and blue jeans.
Another was 5ft 8ins tall, skinny and light skinned wearing a grey hooded jumper with the hood pulled tight around his face. He was also wearing gloves
The third suspect was 5’11’ tall and of average build wearing a black jacket with the hood pulled tight around his face, black face covering & average build, wearing gloves and in possession of a knife
