England centre, set to miss start of Six Nations

England centre Ben Te'o is set to miss the start of the Six Nations in February, due to an ongoing ankle injury.

Te'o has not played since sustaining the injury in October last year, while on club duty with Worcester Warriors in the Challenge Cup.

Worcester director of rugby Gary Gold confirmed that the 30-year-old centre is still six weeks away from recovery and therefore it is unlikely that he will be fit in time as the defending Six Nations champions England, begin their campaign away against Italy on 4th February in 2018.
