It has been announced that Amir Khan will fight in Liverpool.
The former light-welterweight world champion will return to the ring for the first time in nearly two years at the Echo Arena on 21 April.
Promoter Eddie Hearn said his opponent will be announced next week.
The 31-year-old last fought in May 2016 when he was knocked out by Mexico's Saul Alvarez in the sixth round of their WBC middleweight title bout.
