A survey of English adults has shown that only 15% visited their pharmacy instead of their GP with a minor ailment last winter.
NHS England is launching a new campaign, Help Us Help You, to raise awareness that community pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals, who can offer clinical advice and over the counter medicines to effectively and safely manage a range of minor health concerns.
To tell us more about the campaign we were joined by community pharmacist Abraham Khodadi.
