A woman has been arrested for allegedly staging her own kidnap for ransom money in Lahore.
The woman, reported to be a medical student, is accused of orchestrating the kidnap with the help of a Facebook friend to get money from her parents.
Police arrested the alleged kidnapper and recovered Rs 275,000. They say the woman admitted to setting up the kidnap whilst in custody.
