A suspect in a rape and murder case in India has been found dead.
The body of a teenage boy was discovered in the northern state of Haryana. He was wanted in connection with the death of a 15-year-old girl, which sparked protests in the state after the extent of her injuries were made public.
Police said they had earlier believed the attack on the girl had been carried out by more than one person.
The boy’s parents were taken into custody but have since been released.
