A student in India has been arrested over the murder of a fellow pupil.
The secondary school student was taken into custody in connection with the death of a seven-year-old boy at a school in Gurgaon in September.
Initially a bus conductor, suspected of slitting the boys throat after attempting to sexually assault him, was arrested. He remains in prison.
However, the victim’s father sought a federal inquiry into the case, which was handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation, who arrested the senior student on Tuesday evening, 8 November.
