At least seven people have died after a cash van was looted in Kashmir yesterday, 1 May.
It is believed that at least five policemen and two security guards were killed after suspected terrorists attacked a cash van outside Jammu and Kashmir bank's Kulgam branch.
Sources claim that the assailants used five self-loading rifles in the attack.
Police have reported that the attempt to loot the van was unsuccessful and that a search operation to catch the unidentified attackers is underway.
