A man has been arrested over a brutal attack on a 10-year-old boy in Delhi.
Allegedly a 30-year-old man beat a boy by banging his head on the road. The incident took place in the area of Madipur in west Delhi two days ago. It is believed the act was captured on CCTV.
The child was admitted to hospital with broken teeth and a smashed face.
Police reported that the boy had allegedly beaten up the man's 2-year-old daughter a few days earlier.
The CCTV footage reportedly shows the boy walking down the road when the man pounces on him and begins thrashing him.
A crowd gathered at the scene and rushed the boy to a hospital.
The man was arrested and charged for grievous bodily harm.
