A fake doctor is alleged to have spread HIV in India
Officers are investigating claims that a man operating as a medic without a licence used one syringe, which he recycled to treat colds and the flu in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh.
It is alleged that at least 33 people have been infected.
Local police are hunting for the man, who is believed to be in hiding.
