A Pakistan court has remanded 11 Chinese nationals in custody as part of an investigation into prostitution and the illegal organ trade.
The court in Lahore ordered officers to complete their investigation within two days and to present the suspects, which includes two locals, before the court on 11 May.
The Federal Investigation Agency claim there is a suspected ring, which involves large sums of money changing hands for the contracting of fake marriages between vulnerable Pakistani women and Chinese men.
The women are allegedly trafficked into prostitution in China.
Dawn News reports that five such cases have been reported in the district during the last few months.
