At least five killed in Karachi storms

At least five people have died in dust storms that have hit Karachi.

Dawn News reports that 36 other people have been injured after gusty winds hit the region, uprooting electricity poles and trees.

House roof collapses and traffic incidents have been ited as amongst the reasons behind fatalities and injuries.

Work has been ongoing to clear travel networks, with further stormy weather predicted on Tuesday 16 April.
