At least 16 people have been killed after a boat capsized in India.
Around 38 passengers, mostly pilgrims heading to a religious festival, were believed to be on board the vessel in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh.
20 people are believed to have been rescued following the incident on the Krishna River near to Vijayawada.
Police have said the owner of the vessel did not have the necessary licences to ferry people and that the boat was overcrowded.
