Four In Court Over Drugs Offences After Operation Figaro
 

Three Halifax men and a woman are due to appear before the courts today charged with drugs offences following Operation Figaro.
 

Officers from West Yorkshire Police’s Organised Crime Group, supported by Operations Support Unit and Bradford District Drugs Team, executed a number of search warrants at addresses in Halifax, Batley, Bradford and Liversedge yesterday (26/5)
 

Mohammed Rafiq Hussain (48) of Church Walk, Northowram has been charged with conspiracy to supply a controlled drug and the possession of amphetamine.
 

Paul Jospeh Huggen (37) of St John's Lane has been charged with conspiracy to supply a controlled drug, possessing cocaine with intent th supply and possession of cannabis.
 

Neil George Foster (59) of Athol Green has been charged with conspiracy to supply a controlled drug and Linda Cockerham (56) of Clare Stree has been charged with conspriacy to supply a controlled drug, possessing heroin and cannabis with intent to supply and possessing cananbis.
 

A man from Batley and two men from Bradford also arrested as part of the operation have been interviewed and released on police bail pending further enquiries.
 

Hussain, Huggen, Foster and Cockerham are due to appear before Bradford Magistrates Court today.
