Police investigating a fatal road traffic coliision have charged two Halifax men with causing death by dangerous driving.

The incident happened at just before 6.23pm on Wednesday 2 December 2009 at the junction of Dryclough Lane and Huddersfield Road, Halifax.

The two men aged 44 and 37 have both been charged with the offence and in addition the 37 year old has been charged with failing to stop.
Both have been bailed pending an appearance at Calderdale Magistrates Court.
