Police in Bradford are appealing for information following an armed robbery yesterday (Monday, 5th April).
Three suspects - two carrying wooden sticks and one carrying what is believed to be a sawn off shotgun - entered the Holmewood Bound Pub in Holmewood yesterday morning at around 9.35am. They stole an amount of cash - the weekends takings - from a female employee who was left shaken by the incident.
The suspects are believed to be male and were wearing balaclavas. They made off in a black Audi A4 Estate car which was stolen from Lancashire. It was found burned out on Heyback Walk in Holmewood.
DI Ian Bryar of Bradford South CID said: "We will not tolerate people carrying guns and would urge anyone with any information about the suspects to contact us."
