Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault on Tuesday 30th March on Court Lane, Pellon in Halifax.

A 15 year old boy was on his way home from a friends house, when he was approached by three Asian males believed to be around 16 years of age. They got out of a small, five door, light blue coloured car with a spoiler on the back and assaulted him.

The incident took place between 7:30pm and 7:45pm, just a short distance from the mini roundabout at the junction with Paddock Lane, Highroad Well Lane and Court Lane.

The driver of the blue vehicle, who was also Asian, remained in the car throughout the incident.

The victim suffered minor injuries, mainly bruising.
